Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Shop with confidence at Akaé — we offer a clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Eligibility

For Gold Plated, Pearl, Resin and Demifine Jewellery

  • You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers will be refunded as store credit.
  • Products purchased at a discounted or strike-through price (without using a coupon) are eligible for return.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Have original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • Include a mandatory unboxing video in case of missing pieces or damage claims

Please record the full opening of the sealed package so we can verify the claim.


How to Request a Return

  • To Return/Exchange any product mail us at care@akaejewels.com
  • Enter your Order ID and Contact Number
    (Ensure your Order ID begins with AK__ )
  • Attach pictures/videos of the item you want to return
  • Provide the required details:
    • Return reason
    • Minimum two product images
    • Pickup address and preferred pickup date
    • Refund method
  • Review and submit the request


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the package and quality verification is done.
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance, final sale, or “Last Chance” pieces (as marked on the product page)
